Before you submit…
We recommend completing the following steps before submitting your data:.
- Schedule an implementation review meeting with all members of the school system or school implementation team.
- School system implementation teams only score for School System Leadership success criteria.
- School implementation teams score School Leadership and Teacher success criteria.
- During the implementation review meeting, for each success criterion:
- Share any evidence relevant to the success criterion.
- Norm as a team on the final scores to submit.
- Designate one person to enter your scores and any relevant notes on the Implementation Dashboard site using the guidance below.
Important Notes about the Data Submission Process
- Any notes entered will appear to all users with access to your dashboard.
- You will receive an email once the data submission window opens.
- You do not have to enter all of the scores at once. The system will save your answers as you enter them.
- You can edit scores or notes at any point during the data submission window. However, scores or notes cannot be changed once the data submission window closes.
- Click the “Submit” button once all scores are entered.
To Complete Your Data Submission:
Step 1
Log in to your Implementation Dashboard account.
Step 2
Select “Complete Submission” in the Current Collection table by content area.
Step 3
Select the score for each success criterion and add any relevant notes.
Step 4
Click the blue “Submit” button once all of your scores are entered. You need to score all success criteria, but you do not need to include notes for all of them.
