How Do I Complete a Data Submission?
Data is submitted using a simple form on your Implementation Dashboard site. Before you submit your data, be sure to read the How Do I Prepare for a Data Submission? page!
Before you submit…
We recommend completing the following steps before submitting your data:.
- Preview the success criteria for your phase. You can click View examples for sample evidence for each success criterion.
- Schedule an implementation review meeting with all members of the school system or school implementation team.
- School system implementation teams only score for School System Leadership success criteria.
- School implementation teams score School Leadership and Teacher success criteria.
- During the implementation review meeting, for each success criterion:
- Share any evidence relevant to the success criterion.
- Norm as a team on the final scores to submit.
- Designate one person to enter your scores and any relevant notes on the Implementation Dashboard site using the guidance below.
Important Notes about the Data Submission Process
- You will receive an email once the data submission window opens.
- You do not have to enter all of the scores at once. The system will save your answers as you enter them.
- You can edit scores or notes at any point during the data submission window. However, scores or notes cannot be changed once you click the blue Submit button.
- Any notes entered will appear to all users with access to your dashboard.
- School-level dashboards are viewable once the scores are submitted. State and system-level dashboards can be viewed at the end of the data submission window.
