How Do I Set the Implementation Phase?
The data submission window is completed in two parts.
First, school system leadership identifies and sets the implementation phase for the current data submission window. Then, based on that phase, the school system leadership and school leadership complete their data submissions.

To identify your phase

Review the first page of each phase, starting with Program Installation. It provides an overview of the key actions for all relevant groups.
Step 3
Identify the phase where your school system can meet about 50% of the key actions across all groups.
- If your school system cannot meet 50% of the key actions in any phase, you are in Program Installation.
- If you can meet at least 75% of the key actions in a phase, move to the next phase.
You will receive a notification email when the window for setting your phase opens. Please note that only one person needs to set the phase for the school system using the steps below.
To set your phase:
- Log in to your Implementation Dashboard account.
- Select the phase identified above from the drop-down menu for each relevant content area. Please note that once your phase is selected, you cannot change it for the current data submission window.
